Terms & Conditions
We expect these retreats to be a GO!
And, in the unlikely event that Costa Rica closes its borders to US travelers prior to our scheduled departure dates because of the pandemic…
We got you!
We will have alternative travel dates in February 2024 (and your deposit and any funds paid will automatically be rolled over to the new dates). A final decision will be made no later than 21 days prior to departure. If you want to OPT OUT of the automatic rollover and receive a refund, you must let Julie know by email within 14 days of notification of the change in trip dates.
ADVENTURE RETREAT FEBRUARY 2023:
Payment in full must be received before December 28, 2022. Except as set forth above, any cancellation will result in a total loss of the deposit. All cancellations must be in writing. Any cancellation received before December 28, 2022 will result in a loss of 50% of the retreat price. Any cancellation made after December 28, 2022 will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it's not meeting the trip minimum no later than 21 days prior to departure, however, your funds would be fully refunded.
LIMITLESS LIVING RETREAT FEBRUARY 2023:
